Dr. W. Lalith A. Peiris is the Chairman of Cooplife Insurance Limited and COOPINSU TRAINING ACADEMY (CITA). He also serves as the Chairman of Wennapuwa Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society Ltd and Vice Chairman of Wayamba Co-operative Rural Bank Federation.
Dr. Peiris extends his service as Director of Sri Lanka Co-operative Rural Bank Federation Limited.
Previously, he served as Chairman of Co-operative Insurance Company PLC and the National Co-operative Council of Sri Lanka.
Mr. Suriyarachchi is the Managing Director of Cooplife Insurance Limited. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA), the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (FMAAT) and the Society of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (FSCMA). He holds an MBA from the PIM Institute of the University of Sri Jayawardenepura. He possesses over 26 years of expertise and experience across large scale, multiple business sectors in Sri Lanka and overseas, serving as Group Financial Manager, Deputy General Manager, and CFO.
Mr. K.J. Sesiri serves as a Director of Cooplife Insurance Limited. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman of the Matara District Co-operative Council and a Director of the Matara District Tea Producers Co-operative Society Ltd. In addition, Mr. Sesiri has previously served as the Chairman of the Beralapanathara Multi-Purpose Co-operative Society and Vice Chairman of Co-operative Insurance Company PLC. He holds a special degree in Management Science from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
Mr. Noel Chrishantha is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Cooplife Insurance Limited. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA), the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (MAAT), and the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACMA). He also holds a Diploma in Management from The Open University of Sri Lanka.
Mr. Chrishantha possesses over 26 years of professional experience across multiple large-scale business sectors in Sri Lanka. His extensive expertise spans financial management, corporate governance, strategic planning, and operational leadership, contributing significantly to the organizations he has served.
Mr. Senanayake is an experienced finance and management professional with a BSc in Management, an MA in Economics, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management. He is a Chartered Public Finance Accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Public Finance Accountants of Sri Lanka. He is a senior officer of the Sri Lanka Accountants' Service, currently serving as Director at the General Treasury, and has previously held board positions at Corporate Leasing Company, Wayamba Co-operative Rural Development Bank, and Lanka Sathosa (Pvt) Ltd. He brings over a decade of expertise in public finance, financial management, and corporate governance.
